Kitchen Helper/Prep Cook - Remote Camp Services
Prepare and Serve Freshly Cooked Meals to the residents of a remote site work camp.
This is a rewarding position who love to work in food service to include prepping, cooking food and cleaning/maintaining work areas.
The successful Kitchen Helper/Prep Cook will:

• Ensure food safety, a safe workplace, and a positive team atmosphere.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, floors
• Carry out all activities in compliance with laws, regulations, company vision, values, guiding principles, and policies and procedures.
• Remove trash, clean garbage cans
• Load or unload trucks picking up or delivering supplies and food and rotates product
• Prepare food by washing, cutting, etc., as directed by cook
• Wash service ware, pots, pans

The Kitchen Helper/Prep Cook must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
In addition to the duties performed, the individual must be able to physical and mentally work away from home, family and friends for extended remote rotation. 12 hours daily, 7 days a week, __ weeks on and __ weeks off. The point of hire for this position is ________, _______, this means it is the employee's responsibility to report to the point of hire from their home.
Education and/or Experience Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• CPR Certification may be required
• Alaska Food Worker Card Required
• First Aid Certification may be required
• Valid Drivers' License and clean driving record may be required
