Job Description
We are seeking passionate Remote Hotel Schedulers to join our team as travel has reopened for business. If you have a love for sharing your travel experiences and knowledge with others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Remote Hotel Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning and selling domestic and international travel vacations, including cruises and land packages. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service to clients, exceed sales targets, and enhance the overall trip experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all travel-related documentation to clients.
  • Handle financial transactions, such as collecting payments and managing deposits.
  • Solicit new business through referrals and repeat business, expanding the client base.
  • Travel Planning and Coordination:
  • Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to secure competitive rates and added benefits for clients.
  • Cross-sell relevant products and services to enhance the overall trip experience.
  • Build and maintain long-standing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Documentation and Financial Processing:
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and partners to coordinate travel arrangements and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and process trip documents, including itineraries, invoices, and related paperwork.
  • Serve clients by understanding their travel preferences and needs, and planning customized travel packages accordingly.
  • Communication and Negotiation:
  • Stay up to date with travel trends and destination information to provide accurate and valuable recommendations to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Plan and organize domestic and international travel vacations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.


Skills:


  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively.
  • Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
  • Proficiency in multitasking with various websites and computer programs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
