Job Title: Contract Remote Document Review Paralegal or Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented contract document review paralegal or attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing various legal documents and ensuring compliance with legal standards and requirements. The position is a remote contract role that will last 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with legal standards and requirements
• Meeting deadlines and managing time effectively
• Managing and organizing legal documents and files
• Reviewing and analyzing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Conducting legal research and analysis as needed
• Communicating findings and recommendations to the legal team

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Paralegal or Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in document review
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Experience working remotely and using remote communication tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
