Customer Service / Dispatcher

We need home-based Call Takers! Pop-A-Lock, America's largest locksmith, car door unlocking, and roadside assistance company, is looking for highly motivated people for an immediate full-time opening.

To be considered for the position you will need the following:


  • 6+ months of previous call center experience
  • Good computer skills
  • Spanish bi-lingual a plus
  • A personal mobile phone
  • A Computer Headset with Microphone
  • Typing skills (40+ WPM)
  • Strong Customer Service and Ability to handle stressful customer situations
  • High Speed Internet
  • Excellent reading, listening, and verbal communication skills
  • A quiet work environment in your home, free from distractions
  • A home WINDOWS 10 or higher PC (desktop, laptop)
  • Dependability and professionalism
