We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The Customer Service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the Customer Service Department..
Position: Remote Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Director of Customer Service
Employment Type: Full Time/Part time
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Must have great follow up skills via –e-mail, phone, and/or IM

Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
