Stewart Painting is currently hiring for an organized and collaborative full-time Customer Service Rep / Office Administrator to join our office team in the Hyannis, MA area. This office position works from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and earns a competitive pay of $20.00-$22.00 per hour , based on experience. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS In this office position, you receive incoming calls from our current and potential clients. As they inquire about estimates for painting, carpentry, and power washing, you answer any questions they may have. You actively listen to customers and accurately enter their information in our CRM database. You work closely with the sales team and production team to guide estimates into scheduled jobs. Your customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail are unbeaten! Thanks to you our staff, vendors, and agencies are happy with their services and our revenue is secure. 2 years customer service/call center experience 2 years previous scheduling experience Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multi-task Ability to type 50-plus words per minute CRM and Smartsheets experience are a plus !
