Job Description
We are looking for a Remote Cruise Consultant to join our team as a Independent Agent. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable and have a passion for cruising and the travel industry but we are willing to train as well.
The Remote Cruise Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to your clients. This includes answering questions, making reservations, and providing advice on the best cruise for their needs. The Remote Cruise Consultant will also be responsible for staying up to date on the latest cruise deals and promotions.
To be successful in this role, the Remote Cruise Consultant must have excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. A background in the travel industry is preferred, but not required.
