Job Description
This is a career opportunity for professionals with computer and administrative skills, as well as customer service skills over the telephone, who are serious about working from home, remote full-time telework, for a growing company that will provide all equipment needed for the job (computer, etc.). The starting pay is $20/hour.


Get paid to be trained... The first 90 days on the job will involve a rigorous training program to teach you how to be successful in your job.


Our client, an established company that handles nonprofit registration services for non-profit organizations, has been recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the Top 5000 fastest-growing private companies.


The position you can fill is titled Registration Compliance Specialists (Remote). This is a fully REMOTE opportunity.


Position Overview


The ideal candidate should have administrative professional experience, great comfort using computers and various applications (MS Office and Google Suite are used a lot in this role).


If you are computer literate, have good attention to detail, are excellent entering and checking data, with strong customer service skills and comfort communicating on the telephone, then apply and get ready to be trained and taught how to do this role.


Prior experience in bookkeeping and detailed records management will help you in this role, but are not required.


The position involves drafting and filing compliance registration applications by paper and electronically, conducting thorough and accurate research, and meeting client response time and filing deadlines.


Work Schedule/Hours: This position is a fully remote, Monday through Friday, 40-hour work week. Standard operating hours are 9 AM to 6 PM EST, with one-hour lunch.

Education:


  • Experience with macOS, Google G Suite, and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of professional work experience preferred
