Summary
Established agency seeking a detailed-oriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages.

• Build and solidify relationships with carriers through interaction on assigned accounts.
• Build and expand relationships with clients by addressing the client’s needs, including the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues.
• Managing a team
• Perform policy quoting, binding, issuing, new & renewal marketing
• Experience identifying account rounding opportunities and suggesting applicable coverage
• Epic experience is a plus
• Ability to work with clients, answer their questions pertaining to their policies, solve any current or outstanding issues and recommend applicable coverage as needed.
• Delegation of remarketing responsibilities to marketing.
• Manage the renewal process for all assigned clients including reviewing loss information, providing assistance in obtaining updated information, handling renewal applications, remarketing, account rounding, reviewing, and negotiating the renewal pricing and preparing the renewal proposal and binders.
• Communicate and share information with fellow associates regarding coverage issues, market availability and market conditions.
• Manage the daily account management of client accounts, including processing policies / endorsements, invoicing, certificates of insurance, premium breakdowns, auto ID cards, policy changes, review of policy forms, providing coverage comparisons, loss analysis and responding to coverage questions.
• Maintain the agency database for assigned clients.
• Document conversations and information provided to and for clients.

• Assist multiple producers while working hand in hand with an experienced service team.

  Requirements

• High School Diploma: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience handling Commercial Insurance Accounts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must hold an active state P&C License.
• Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills.
