Job Description
Job Summary


Performs administration for the assigned area within the Rehabilitation service line. Duties will vary based on area of responsibility but will include, but is not limited to scheduling, organizing mailings, preparing charts and maintaining databases.


Minimum Qualifications


Education and Experience: Associates degree with 3 years experience OR Bachelor�s degree with 1 years experience required. Experience must include office/clerical experience to include proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point. Healthcare experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Specific education or experience in data base management, customer service, and organizational skills/ office management is strongly preferred.

Knowledge/Skills: Possess personal and professional values consistent with those of RSFH. Must have a thorough understanding of office management with excellent organizational skills and customer service. Must be highly proficient in the use of spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and presentation software tools to interpret, communicate, and present information in clear, concise, and understandable manner. Must demonstrate outstanding written and oral communications skills as well as the ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment. Must be self-directed and able to work independently.


Other: Must maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.


Contacts: Clinical providers, case managers, social workers, executive leadership, physicians, patients, and referral sources/organizations across the state.
