Job Requirements


  • ID NURSING LICENSE
  • 2ND STEP TB TEST
  • COVID-19 VACCINATION CARD
  • 10 PANEL DRUG TEST
  • STATEMENT OF GOOD HEALTH
  • CPR/BLS
  • 1 YEAR OF REHAB NURSING EXPERIENCE OR RELATED JOB EXPERIENCE
