Job Description
Overview


The Registered Nurse (RN) assess and identify patients' needs, then implement and monitor the patient's medical plan and treatment. They also ensure that patient care is conducted according to our policies and standards, within the highest standard and consumer outcome.


Responsibilities


  • Asses and monitor total health needs of individuals, making recommnedaiton to the interdiciplianry team when needed, .
  • Will comply with all Corporate policies and procedures , HIPAA guidelines , DHHS rules , and Medicaid state and federal guidelines .
  • Faciitate staff training to include medicaiton adminsitration training.
  • Will comply with Corporate Compliance Program policies and procedures.
  • Complete nursing documentation and assit with managing data in the EHR and eMAR platform.
  • Delegate task, train and provide oversight of staff based on BON standards and agency policy.
  • Act as a liaison between the physician , pharmacy and interdisciplinary team .
  • Make routine nursing visits with indidivuals served.
  • Make recommendations for administrative or programmatic change which may improve health care .

  • Be aware and adhere to all regulatory standards .
  • To ensure the health and safety of individuals .


Qualifications


  • Accredited and current RN license within the state where services are provided .
  • Bachelor ' s degree preferred .
  • IDD or experience with persons with disabilities preferred .


Skills / Experience


  • Requires experience as RN in direct care services or related field.
