As an Elara Policy Analyst, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
- Collaborates with forms committee to suggest updates to existing forms or creation of new forms related to regulatory changes.
- Practices and adheres to departmental, state, and national guidelines.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for all State and Federal regulations related to Service Lines.
- Collaborates with Service Line leaders to ensure policy and process changes are appropriately communicated to appropriate team members.
- Educates providers on all policy revisions and provides clarification, when needed, to ensure adherence.
- Analyzes market trends and conditions to ensure policies meet standards set by state and federal legislature
- Promotes, coordinates, and evaluates operational Systems to enhance operations and promote efficiencies.
- Proposes suggestions to improve the effects of policies.
What is Required?
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- 5+ years experience working with regulatory research.
- Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience of 8 years in related field
You will report to the Education Supervisor.
