Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting financial data into our systems while providing exceptional customer service to clients. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Skills

• Basic understanding of financial services terminology is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient typing skills with high accuracy
• Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office Suite)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information regarding our financial services products, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets.
• Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy, ensuring all information is entered correctly.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
• Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns they may have by providing effective solutions.
• Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, complaints, etc., using appropriate systems or tools.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email or phone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have access to a reliable internet connection at home for remote work purposes.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
• Previous experience in data entry or customer service roles is an asset but not essential; entry-level candidates are welcome!
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently while also being an excellent team player.

Pay Rate

The pay rate for this position ranges between $14 - $55 per hour, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
