Job Description

WEST LA, INGLEWOOD, BEVERLY HILLS, HOLLYWOOD, DTLA, WEST LA AREA

PAY IS $100-130 PER VISIT

!EXPERIENCE IN HOME HEALTH HIGHLY PREFERRED!

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in Los Angeles CA area.

Responsibilities

  • Administer simple prescribed medications
  • OASIS documentation and charting per medicare/CDPH and company guidelines
  • Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
  • Maintain patients care records and document provided services
  • Provide health care services in patients residence

Skills

  • Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
  • Nursing and health care administration skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Wound care
  • Ability to monitor vital signs
  • Proven working experience as home health RN

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $110.00 - $130.00 per hour
