RN – Clinic and Infection Control

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time (36+ Hours / week)

The positions that we have open are responsible to assess the health status and wellbeing of people supported within our facility. Primary job duties for this role would require you to analyze clinical information by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating conditions.

Other tasks Nurses complete include, but are not limited to, the following:

Assess the health status of patients in a clinic setting:

• Assesses/plans/implements/evaluates
• Analyzes clinical information
  • Assesses/plans/implements/evaluates
• Documents in the Electronic Medical Record
• Educates staff, families, and patients
• Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide nursing care for the patient
• Maintains collaborative professional relationships with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Coordinating patient care with other medical and therapy providers

Employee Health:

• Conducts surveillance prevention measures, staff education, analysis and management of data relative to infections
• Monitors and evaluates quality and appropriateness of program activities to ensure compliance of infection Control standards
• Assists in infection control and employee health activities
• Performs clinical audits and reports data to Director of Nursing

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program required. Prior nursing and/or direct care experience preferred.
