Manage Nutrition Care Process for Long term care patients in a Long Term Chronic Care Hospital Setting. Identify patients at Nutritional Risk and provide ongoing support as indicated by plan of care. Provide strong leadership, inerpersonal, and communication skills to support and manage the nutritional care for your floor. Identify and Assess Malnutrition per appropriate guidelines including use of NFPE, GLIM criteria and ASPEN standards.

Complete BS in Nutrition, Internship and by RDN/LDN or obtain within 90 days of hire. (Cosigned notes). Working use of computers.

Strong interest in Gerontology, Russian-Speaking, Computrition, Meditech Expanse.
