The ideal candidate will conduct regular assessments of residents' nutritional status and provide appropriate interventions and recommendations, as well as assist the food service staff in development of nutrious and appealing menus that meet the dietary requirments and restricitons of admissions while also ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Salary Range: $68,000 - $73,000Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Join a company that admires, cares, appreciates and values their employees Duties and responsibilities:Assist the food services staff in the development and use of departmental procedures governing food service activities, equipment, supplies etc.Review and develop a plan of correction for any food service deficiencies noted during state/federal survey and provide a written copy of such plan to the Administrator for approvalMaintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the Food Services DepartmentReview dietary requirements and/or restrictions of admitted patients in accordance with the attending physician's diet plansAssist the Discharge Planning Coordinator in planning the food services portion of the resident's discharge planAssist in developing diet plans for individual residents and planning regular and specialized diets as prescribed by the attending physicianWe offer many exciting benefits: Employee Referral Bonus (Up to $1,800) Employee Engagement/Culture Committee Cell Phone Plan Discounts Company Sponsored Life Insurance EAP Resources To join this team please have the following requirements: Covid vaccine and booster shot requiredBachelor’s degree required.
