Registered Dental Hygienist Jobs

Description:Dr. Fernando Caballero is seeking a talented and passionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join their team of oral healthcare professionals. The primary role of the Registered Dental Hygienist is to support our clinicians in providing comprehensive oral care for our patients.
Key responsibilities

• Take and record radiographic images.
• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.
• Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress.
• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.

Requirements:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate patient centric approach.
• Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as mandated by applicable state and federal law.
• Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
