Registered Behavior Technician Jobs

School based Registered Behavior Technicians/Line Therapists implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions under supervision of a licensed behavior analyst and/or licensed psychologist. These sessions include social skills training to students with a variety of disabilities. RBTs teach learning readiness skills, activities of daily living, conversational skills, conflict resolution skills, and distress tolerance skills as part of a comprehensive clinic-based program. RBTs implement 1:1 and small group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions and behavioral intervention programs to children in multiple school settings under supervision of LBA's and/or psychologists. Candidate will need to assist multiple students of various ages. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, implementing behavior reduction plans as developed by psychologists and/or PBS staff, and implementing skill acquisition programs in collaboration with psychologists and/or behavior analysts applicable to our client population. Travel between schools and serving in multiple school districts required.
