- You will lead a team of Business Advocates and Team Leads that are responsible for providing small to mid-sized businesses with our suite of business tools: payment processing, payroll and HR, business capital, e-commerce tools, and more. You will report to your regional Vice President—Brian Bernabe.

- 2+ years of experience in payment processing, point of sale, or payroll sales are preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to solve problems with creative solutions to sales challenges
- Proven sales professional, 5+ years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Serve as local sales manager of designated areas within division
- Drive revenue growth by onboarding and training a team of highly motivated Business Advocates and Team Leads.
- Implement a team strategy to exceed sales and recruiting goals
- Partnership management with owners of banks, associations, VAR’s and CPA’s
- Accurately track and record activities in Salesforce
- Learn and understand all statements, hardware, software, and reporting offered by Beyond
- Be a strong leader and mentor within our organization
- Grow your team through outbound recruiting and interviewing
- Organize your day and week around competing demands
- Be a subject matter expert for your sales team and clients in all areas of merchant services
- Source for top notch sales professionals via social media
- Deliver solution-driven presentations to business partners
- Work closely with your team on prospecting, training, and development
