Job Description

I'm seeking a Regional Property Manager (multi-family housing) within ~45 minutes of Greenville, SC for an opportunity with a large, established & super-reputable management company. This region consists of 8 properties totaling just over 2,000 units.


REQUIREMENTS:

*2+ years as a Regional Manager

*Management of at least 1,500 units

*South Carolina Property Manager’s License

*Live in or near Greenville - 45 mins max

*CAM or CAPS designation

*Regular travel and some overnights

*Strong interpersonal skills

*Ability to hire and develop employees and great teams

*Great communication skills and proven ability to build trust

*Value add/capital project experience

*Experience with conventional Class B & C properties

*Familiar with property markets - Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Rock Hill, Gaffney & Charlotte (preferred)
