Sweetie Boy Delivers is hiring!

We are looking for Regional Director to maintain & stand up new business in the North east with a focus from Baltimore Maryland to all Parts of New York and spanning as far west as Cleveland Ohio. This position will require travel weekly to our hubs and off site customer locations.

But before we dive into the position a little about Sweetie Boy:

Sweetie Boy has been around since 2010 and up until a couple years ago we had a relatively small footprint and small team. Over the last couple years we have grown to over 250 employees with hubs in Baltimore, Newburgh NY, Rochester NY, Cleveland Ohio and our HQ in Richmond VA. We are bred from a Car hauling company that started with one 3 car hauler that now has 50 9/10 car haulers and 150 Auto Pilots & a full service brokerage team. With the modo of "Get Shit Done" we are a very passionate group of logistics gear heads and looking for another to join the ranks and be apart of the team!

This person would live anywhere between Baltimore to Albany and not be afraid of long days and travel into and out of the five burrows of NYC.

Some of the duties are below!

• Establishing and maintaining a safety & driver first culture
• Managing OTPfor region, ensuring excellent communication to all customers and internal leadership team
• Managing a team of roughly 100 in direct reports (AP's Hub Managers, Notary drivers) Direct report will be Lead driver and Hub managers, Who ever we put in charge of Home Delivery team (At first for 3-6 months it will be him) (This team right now is only 50ish)
• Hitting and exceeding Rev & safety goals set daily and weekly and drilling down to root cause when misses occur. (Frequency & Severity)
• Working with and coaching all direct and in direct reports on the core values of Sweetie Boy. Holding everyone and most importantly yourself accountable to sustaining drivers and growing the core business with eyes on external growth.
• Working with Recruiting team on building and maintaining pipeline of safe and qualified drivers
