Job Description

Real Staffing in Chicago is hiring (Senior) Recruitment Consultants to help drive the continued success of the 6th largest Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Staffing Agency in the U.S.


Real Staffing has been experiencing substantial growth across the U.S., with great success across both our Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Divisions. In our Central Region, our Chicago Team is looking to further that growth by bringing in talented Sales Consultants to work in a full desk capacity.


We are looking for motivated, sales minded individuals who thrive in a competitive environment and are looking to grow their careers. Our award-winning training will be provided from day one and will set the stage for the opportunity to build your business and reputation within an exciting market.


As a (Senior) Recruitment Consultant within our company, you will be responsible for:


  • Building a network of some of the top contractors within your specific niche within Medical Devices, understanding their needs, and planning a way to take them to market
  • From these contractors, identify a network of the best hiring managers for your niche skill set within the Midwest, while developing relationships with them to leverage new business
  • Pull roles and manage the entire process from initial role discussion right through to closing the placement, along with monitoring the contractor throughout the process
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to capitalize on large clients as well as making sure we share resources to best service our clients
  • Work with existing Real Staffing clients to win back or penetrate further business


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in the Downtown Chicago Office 2-3x per week
  • Ideally some business development experience
  • Interest in Sales / Driven to succeed
  • Entrepreneurial and wanting to create something for yourself
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a staffing capacity, ideally within a full desk capacity, or at least within a specialist sector
