Recruitment Administrator

Capstone IT is hiring a full-time Recruiting Operations Coordinator expert to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting multiple internal stakeholders and supporting the overall efficient operation of Recruiting Team for the Capstone IT Team.

This is a “generalist” administrative role supporting a number of core processes, inclusive of Applicant Tracking System, and a wide variety of administrative tasks. The role is the primary interface with our internal support team.

In addition to technical acumen, there are a number of important relationships the successful candidate must build and maintain with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires solid technical acumen, high emotional intelligence, incredible attention to detail and the ability to manage a large number of projects at a rapid pace.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Proven administrative or assistant experience

· Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and procedures; Experience in the IT industry is a plus

· Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines

· Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft Office Suite

· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

· Ability to engage in creative and conceptual thinking followed by seamless execution around the details

· Ability to work on a team by collaborating with a diverse group of people to achieve a shared goal or outcome in an effective way
