About This Role
- Engage business and functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
- Design and execute innovative strategies to attract and recruit high-potential talent into internship programs, analyst programs and associate programs
- Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with Program Managers and key stakeholders across multiple business areas and/or functional groups, including other Talent Acquisition partners
- Manage, develop and lead a team of recruiters supporting early career hiring across multiple business areas and/or functional groups
- Manage early career talent pipelines and drive streamlined, consistent and compliant processes across the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Analyze data and make informed decisions/recommendations impacting overall recruiting strategy
- Demonstrate a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and teams
- 5+ years full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience managing and developing recruiting and/or sourcing teams
- 3+ years of Management experience
- 6+ years of Recruitment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Knowledge and understanding of recruiting techniques, plan development, sourcing methods
- Experience in early talent recruitment or early talent program management
- Experience consulting, influencing and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers
- Knowledge and understanding of recruiting ATS systems, Workday preferred
- Experience within diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Experience evaluating and presenting metrics that track effectiveness and delivery towards human capital and business strategies
- Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed below
