Job Description
We’re looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesWork closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectationManage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire and retain quality candidatesRemain active with job boards, social networks and platforms for finding quality candidatesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board(s)/company website/colleges/etcDevelop and update job descriptions, job ads and new hire announcements Screen candidates resumes and job applications; invite qualified applicants for interviewsAvoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.Extend Verbal and Written contingent job offersInitiate pre-employment testing, including background checks and MVRsCoordinate new hire onboarding, ensuring that all pre-hire activites have been completed before new hire’s start dateProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAbility to travel within the local area for recruitment eventsMinimum Qualification2 or more years of experience in recruitment or human resourcesFamiliarity with job boards and applicant tracking systemsProven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, in-person and video)Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferredIndustry-specific knowledge is preferred but not required
