Company Description
- Effective collaboration with HR colleagues and processes, insuring effective and seamless on-boarding for successful candidates.
- Partner with the company's hiring managers to execute effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring plans in a timely and consistent fashion while responding effectively to changes of business requirements.
- Candidate pipeline generation for active and proposed business needs using standard and creative sourcing techniques and management of all activities through the corporate Applicant Tracking System.
- Track, analyze and develop improvement plans for key talent acquisition processes and metrics to monitor and improve service delivery.
- Conduct initial screenings and initial interviews (both internal and external) to recruit prospective employees and refer job applicants to specific job openings.
- Adhere to an exemplary customer service model for Talent Acquisition services across all parts of the AM business.
- Coordinate on-site interviews, evaluation, and documentation of interview feedback, as well as completion of all requirements.
- Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.
- Experience using an ATS - required
- Experience hiring high volume non-exempt positions - require
- Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle recruiting i.e.– staffing or agency, corporate, contract
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed – required
- Appropriate proficiency of MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- B.A. or B.S. in Human Resources, Finance, Management or equivalent degree.
