The Recruiter will play a key role in the continued development of a creative, proactive, and organized approach to our talent acquisition strategy. Supported by internal and external resources, the AM Talent Acquisition function is critical service delivery function in a $2B+ sales, distribution, and manufacturing organization.

We are seeking a professional, experienced recruiter/senior recruiter with a desire to work remote and support a variety of functional roles including but not limited to manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sales and distribution,

We supply complete set up and technology as needed including LinkedIn Recruiter seat, Laptop, monitor, cell phone.

Key Accountabilities

Recruit candidates to fill non-exempt positions across specific, assigned AM business lines (Manufacturing, Distribution and Corporate), while interacting and supporting parallel efforts supporting our other business segments.

• Effective collaboration with HR colleagues and processes, insuring effective and seamless on-boarding for successful candidates.
• Partner with the company's hiring managers to execute effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring plans in a timely and consistent fashion while responding effectively to changes of business requirements.
• Candidate pipeline generation for active and proposed business needs using standard and creative sourcing techniques and management of all activities through the corporate Applicant Tracking System.
• Track, analyze and develop improvement plans for key talent acquisition processes and metrics to monitor and improve service delivery.
• Conduct initial screenings and initial interviews (both internal and external) to recruit prospective employees and refer job applicants to specific job openings.
• Adhere to an exemplary customer service model for Talent Acquisition services across all parts of the AM business.
• Coordinate on-site interviews, evaluation, and documentation of interview feedback, as well as completion of all requirements.
• Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.

Qualifications

• Experience using an ATS - required
• Experience hiring high volume non-exempt positions - require
• Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle recruiting i.e.– staffing or agency, corporate, contract
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed – required
• Appropriate proficiency of MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• B.A. or B.S. in Human Resources, Finance, Management or equivalent degree.
