Vaden Automotive needs to hire a RECRUITER to join our Human Resources Team and be responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.
The Vaden family owns and operates nine dealerships in the coastal region of GA and SC. We have successfully built relationships with thousands of customers across the southeast and actively supported several charities and our community for over 50 years.
The Vaden family also owns an alternate transportation company, two Allstate insurance agencies, a wholesale parts distribution division, and a management company.

Responsibilities - Recruiter:
  • Work in the office two to three days weekly to accomplish administrative tasks
  • Facilitate pre-hire process to ensure timely accomplishment of hiring goals
  • Coordinate interview process with the managers directly
  • Working directly with the field supervisors to understand needs
  • Screen applicants
  • Working directly with the vendor to organize and place ads
  • Meet with managers in the field two to three days weekly to understand needs and ensure we have adequate ads running to meet those needs
  • Maintain program on time and on budget
Qualifications - Recruiter:
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and motivated to excel in your career
  • A good work ethic and professional appearance
  • Driver's license and a good driving record
  • Recruiting experience is required
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus!
  • Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • The ability to multi-task, follow direction, and open to change
  • Good communication and customer service skills
