We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Professional Recruiters to join our team. This is a contract position that will extend through the end of 2023, and it is a remote role. However, candidates must either be located in Nebraska or have a proven history of recruiting for the Nebraska state area.

Key Responsibilities:

·As a Professional Recruiter, you will focus on recruiting for high-volume positions in the Nebraska area; specifically call center agents in various sectors such as banking and credit.

·The ideal candidate will have a record of accomplishment of successfully filling 10-12 positions per week, with a target of 25 hires in a two-week timeframe.

·Experience in call center and customer care recruitment will be highly valued, and any previous experience working with call centers will be considered a plus.

·Familiarity with agency background checks will be helpful in ensuring candidates meet our organization's requirements.

·Knowledge and proficiency with Workday, our chosen recruitment platform, are essential for this role.
