Job Description

Recording Desk


Responsible for working recording packages which includes the following:


  • Complete monthly report of all recordings, to be done daily except at the end of the month.
  • Making sure all requirements have been complied with.
  • Close communication with Escrow and Title department .
  • Date down of all files
  • Digitally record all of the document .
  • Time allowing will learn and interact with all phases of the Department.
  • Also will digitally record TSG documents.
  • Examination of all documents for signatures and acknowledgements and legal descriptions.
  • Check fees for policy and endorsement to make sure they are correct.
