Job Responsibilities
Main Duties:

• Determine progress of work and completion dates based upon timelines
• Uphold the Company data standards which requires engaging key stakeholders to ensure recipes are aligned to new product structure
• Provide support to R&D Scientists and project leaders loading their own recipes
• Manage the configuration of recipe data with the intention of keeping recipes, bill of materials, and actual production aligned across manufacturing sites
• Work with Recipe Developers to support Product Development and Product and Process Optimization teams
• Responsible for creating both general and plant specific ZWIP (unwrapped food) recipes and the corresponding specifications by managing the materials that establish the new multi-layer recipe structure
• Support any migration issue resolution and data enrichment of existing recipes and specifications
• Work cross-functionally to expedite the flow of work and materials within the PDM engineering records according to project management timelines
• Entering recipes and calculating formulation and process implications into new Recipe Development systems

Typical Day
Top Three Technical Skills:

• Functional & Domain Knowledge product recipes, materials and specifications (preferred)
• Drive for process excellence combined with systems orientation 4High level of organization and attention to detail, including process and data compliance
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes with a working knowledge of recipe development, materials management, bill of materials, and product costing (preferred)

Must Have

• Product data management experience
• 1-2 years of systems related work experience, preferably in CPG, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• 2-4 years of business experience
• Working knowledge or SAP Recipe Development, including ingredient statement builder and labeling

Software Skills And Purpose (if Applicable)

• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• SAP

• Food recipe development/management
• Data management
• Food Product Development (preferred)
