The Role


Kyndryl is looking for experienced ServiceNow consultants/implementation specialists to deliver consulting and implementation services, participating in the development and support of solutions based on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM and others.


As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:


  • Insure to apply the recommended best practices from ServiceNow to insure the ease of support and perennity of the implemented configuration.
  • Help design and implement integrations with external solutions using web services APIs and IntegrationHub integration workflows.
  • Assist in capturing customer’s requirements and translating them into user stories.
  • Obtain and maintain ServiceNow certifications aligned to your role, including yearly delta certifications.
  • Work to configure different modules and features, like for example workflows, notifications, reports, dashboards and process-specific configuration in the context of a project or steady-state support
  • Work with clients and project teams to clearly define business requirements and translate them in technical requirements and agile stories to implement them
  • Provide help prioritizing of requirements and participate in planning meetings.
  • Work to resolve issues encountered during implementation and identified through the test activities and in collaboration with ServiceNow’s technical support.
  • Participate in creating and maintaining technical specifications, architecture diagrams and solution documentation and review artifacts to insure they are aligned with customer’s expectations.
  • Work with clients, project managers, consultants, architects and administrators to gather detailed requirements to help define statements of work and efforts required to deliver the solution that meet the client’s goals.
  • Be a subject matter expert on ServiceNow’s platform and execute configuration and administration tasks for customers on their instances.

Who You Are

  • Excellent at understanding customer requirements to translate into the proper solution in the ServiceNow platform, always following best practices.
  • Willing and able to participate in the full implementation process lifecycle, from requirement analysis to design, configuration, testing, promotion to production and go-live of a ServiceNow project.
  • A person who values order and process over chaos
  • An experienced and recognized ServiceNow developer and administrator.
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies and project delivery and are familiar with the Now Create methodology.


You have


  • Your government security clearances and legal ability to work in Canada
  • Experience participating in project workshops, requirements gathering and other project delivery activities.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform in technical roles (administration, configuration, implementation or development).
  • Experience working with diverse teams across regions, with different skill sets, expertise and experience levels.
  • Experience in implementing CMDB using the CSDM model and using the CMDB health capabilities of the platform.
  • Experience creating and modifying platform automation workflows using Flow Designer and Virtual Agent conversations using the conversation designer.
  • Demonstrated skills in understanding and using ServiceNow’s APIs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, AngularJS, and SQL .
  • Obtained ServiceNow certifications, specifically CSA and you have or looking to complete the CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, others).
  • Experience in implementing integrations with external applications using IntegrationHub, web service APIs (SOAP, REST, JSON), Service Graph connectors, SSO (SAML, LDAP), ChatOps (Team, Slack), AWS, Azure, Google and others.
  • Experience in working under an Agile / Scrum methodology.


Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :


  • Experience with FSO, TSO and other industry specific solutions is a plus.
  • Experience in the ServiceNow platform beyond ITSM and ITOM, with experience with ITAM, CSM, HR, SPM, SecOps, IRM and other ServiceNow solutions preferred.
  • Experience in deploying AIOps solutions including Event Management, OI and Log Analytics (preferred)
  • A good understanding of the automation and AI capabilities of the ServiceNow platform including Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, LightStep, Automation Engine (RPA).
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
