This is your opportunity to be part of an innovative company and represent the health care industry. We are looking for a Night Shift Receptionist to be part of our team! This role will be responsible for first impression for visitors and families and referral to proper person or department, as well as additional administrative tasks.

Job Role and Responsibility:

• Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities
• Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
• Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors
• Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information
• Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
• Make travel arrangements for staff
• Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms
• Purchase, track, and invoice office supplies for each department

Job Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and to grow with the compan
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and communication skills

Education and Licensure Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
