Job Description
Our client is searching for a full-time receptionist for a psychology practice in Greenwich, CT. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, be tech savvy, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The receptionist will be responsible for guest interactions, calendar management, and transcribing notes.


Requirements


  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent, verifiable references
  • Multitasking and prioritizing
  • Typing skills: 55+ WPM
  • 5+ years of similar experience with one employer


Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday; 9am –5pm and 12pm –8pm


Salary: $60, 000 a year
