Position Summary

Provide site based administrative support to provide integrated, efficient and high-quality services for clients and staff including completion of face to face appointment scheduling and administrative support for site/branch managers and service providers. Serve as primary face to face contact at the front desk to greet and direct clients and visitors; answer and directs incoming telephone calls to destination; answers routine questions and relays/forwards information as necessary. Provide specialized program support as assigned.

Position includes estimate of one shift per month up to several shifts per month across multiple clinics based on location and training is provided!

Ideal position for college students, parents, and those looking to get a foot in the door of the mental health world!

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Minimum of two years of clerical/administrative work experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
• Administrative support experience in a behavioral or medical health setting and third party coverage verification

Ideal Candidates For This Casual/on Call Position Could Include

• Semi-retired or retired individuals looking for intermittent work as needed to support clients and professionals in a mental health clinic.
• College students interested in gaining experience in a mental health clinic, working with professionals and clients; working with electronic health records system; and learning about the operations of a clinic, or;
