Compensation
$100,000 - $125,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Prospect for new leads to promote new business Qualifications:Organized and manages time effectively A successful and proven sales history is preferred Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently About Company
