Position: Project Manager
Location: New Britain, CT Area (Must have reliable transportation; gas allowance provided)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning: Collaborate with teams to define project goals, scope, budget, and timelines.
Budget Management: Efficiently allocate resources, create and manage project budgets, and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Permitting and Compliance: Ensure adherence to zoning regulations, building codes, and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Contracting: Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Skillfully negotiate and oversee contracts.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly review project progress, identify issues, and implement necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
Effective Communication: Keep clients informed about project status, progress, and any relevant changes.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work aligns with quality standards and project specifications.
Change Management: Manage deviations from project plans, assess their impact, and adapt as needed.
Project Closeout: Oversee final project stages, including inspections, documentation, and client handover.
