U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to proactively manage a portfolio of retail bank branches. Candidates will bring strong corporate or retail experience to contribute toward the success of the organization’s investment initiatives and overall management of the branch portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Directs and manages the overall work efforts both internally and externally, ensuring proper controls are in place and processes are followed
- Develops, maintains and distributes project and portfolio reporting, providing business customer with clear, concise and timely updates
- Plan, formulate, analyze and present recommended real estate sites, leases and contracts for business approval that align with market planning initiatives
- Direct responsibility for solution development, recommendation and execution within their assigned geography
- Provides oversight to deliver established programming, quality and cost
- Serves as the primary real estate contact for business partners, possessing advanced communication skills and the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
- Seeks additional opportunities to drive process improvements, improve costs and strategically manage real estate branch portfolio
- Supports business partners on market centered real estate strategy development
- Promotes collaborative relationships across project team members, working effectively across the organization to achieve goals
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, leading, organizing and managing Corporate real estate projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Corporate Real Estate portfolio, transaction and project management (retail preferred)
- Project delivery and reporting
- Project planning and organization
- Corporate Real Estate development life cycle
