As a Real Estate Acquisitions/Asset Management Associate you will play a critical role in the investment decision-making process. You will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analysis, market research, and due diligence on potential real estate investment opportunities. You will work closely with senior executives and contribute to the development of investment strategies, financial models, and investment presentations.

Real Estate Acquisitions/Asset Management Associate Responsibilities:

• Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact real estate investments.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, market research, and due diligence on potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Assist in the development of investment strategies and contribute to investment committee discussions.
• Prepare detailed investment presentations and reports for senior executives and investment committees.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess investment performance, cash flows, and risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to support deal execution and asset management initiatives.

Real Estate Acquisitions/Asset Management Associate Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or related field (MBA or other advanced degree preferred).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
