DISTRIBUTION CENTER REACH DRIVER

WE PAY FOR EXPERIENCE!

EARN $22.50 - $26.29 per hour! This job is eligible for a sign on bonus up to $1,000!

• Sign on bonuses are paid in two equal payments at 90 and 180 days. Eligibility requirements must be met to receive bonus pay out. This job’s sign on bonus is dependent on the final shift candidates are hired for.

DC shifts include:

1st Shift is Monday - Thursday from 5am - 3:30pm

2nd shift is Monday-Thursday 4pm-2:30am(earn up to $1.00/hour more!)

3rd Shift is Friday - Sunday from 5am - 5:30pm (earn up to $2.00/ hour more!)

The pay range for this position is from $22.50 to $26.29 per hour. Exact rate of pay will be based on position and experience level

This includes 6 automatic wage increases after your starting pay rate. 4 in the first year of service and 2 more in your second year.
• Step increases: We value your continued growth and development and offer 6 pay increases over for your first 24 months!
  • We believe associates do the majority of their learning and development during the first 2 years of service therefore, we have a seven-step pay program during this time. This includes 6 automatic wage increases after your starting pay rate. 4 in the first year of service and 2 more in your second year.

• Bonuses are paid out monthly, must be in accordance with our attendance and performance policies to be eligible for bonus

AS A DC REACH DRIVER, YOU WILL:

• Operate stand up reach truck to replenish pallets or product from assigned reserve locations to primary pick locations or assigned dock lanes
• Apply steps from the Methods Manual to resolve routine problems; seeks guidance on solving non-routine problems
• Perform daily work assignments while demonstrating the behaviors that support PetSmart’s success: Productivity, Quality, Reliability, Safety and adherence to our values
• Consolidate pallets at active locations as needed (FIN – Fork Interleaving used)

MOVING AND GROOVING:

In our fast-paced DCs, you’ll always be on the move. Please note the following physical requirements in addition to tasks above:

• Comfortable standing and or walking for up to 12 hours
• Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull and carry and lift up to 50-75 lbs.
• Willing and able to operate powered industrial equipment including walkies, reach truck, stand ups *proper training and safety standards will be provided
• Work in various temperatures
