Job Description

Quality Supervisor:


Job Summary:

The role is responsible for the administration, supervision, and management of Design Quality Engineering personnel. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to include collaboration among the team members, as well as all levels of members from other teams, to ensure customer experience meets internal standards.


Functions, Duties, Responsibilities:

• Manage processes and employees for tasks within design quality.

• Must comprehend the entire portfolio of our medical device products.

• Manage daily activities of team members and leads.

• Maintain performance standards.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication, processes, and training.

• Create, maintain, and execute training plans.

• Promote process unity and conformity within the company and across other teams.

• Collaborate and coordinate between multiple departments: production, sales,

marketing, quality, product management


Education & Experience needed:

• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in medical quality inspection. (this candidate does not need to be an engineer, but they will be managing engineers.)

• QA experience in the medical device industry would be a plus.

• Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Adhere and support our quality and safety policies and procedures.

• Ability to learn new software quickly.

• Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation.

• Customer support skills.

• Able to work independently under minimal supervision.

• Able to efficiently communicate and collaborate amongst a team.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally, as

well as externally.
