Neogen is looking to hire a Quality Specialist! This role will be responsible for compliant coordination, document management and coordination of calibration. If you are looking for a hybrid role in a growing team, apply today!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data mining tools to monitor trends. Define Control and / or Action Limits to detect emerging field issues. Manages Complaint Review Board Meetings.
  • Perform complaint analysis and summarize complaint investigation.
  • Coordination of vendors of calibration services.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Create product certificates of analysis using product release results.
  • Organize and upload certificates of analysis for products from multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Manage the timely in-flow of customer complaints, the assignment of investigation responsibilities, and expedient processing and closure.
  • May include other duties as defined by business needs.
  • Coordinate the communication of investigation data to corresponding divisions as applicable.
  • Manages complaints associated with multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Manages calibration due dates to ensure equipment does not become overdue.
  • Coordinate communications regarding documentation control activities.
  • Support retrieval of documents during audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Work closely with investigators to ensure thorough and accurate investigations and drive the initiation of CAPAs when appropriate.
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in science related field (Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related scientific field).
