SUMMARY - Performs quality and regulatory functions including medical record reviews, data abstraction, submission, validation, and interpretation, oversight of NPSGs, privacy and compliance audits, and
statistical analysis. Information tracking, trending, reporting, and facilitation of improvement education and activities. Project facilitation. Coordination of service area policies.

MINIMUM

BS degree in nursing, health information management, healthcare administration, or equivalent healthcare experience required.

Three years experience in healthcare nursing, quality, compliance, health information management, and/or equivalent healthcare experience required.

AZ RN license required.

Strong computer proficiency; strong verbal and written communication skills; analytical skills.

PREFERRED

BSN;Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)

Presentation skills.
