Quality Manager Jobs

The Quality Manager will manage the quality area for our manufacturing facility ensuring our products manufactured meet required Service Level Agreements and specifications. In this role you will use your strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, ISO 9001, Lean and Six Sigma to lead your team to perform at a high level and work for continuous improvement.

This is a full time, onsite role based in the Mankato, MN manufacturing facility.

Types of things you will do

• Conduct internal and external audits
• Track and report on quality metrics
• Maintain compliance with all applicable quality standards
• Train and develop employees on quality practices
• Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures
• Analyze and resolve quality issues
• Work with suppliers to ensure quality of incoming materials

Traits for a successful candidate

• Holds quality or manufacturing certifications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and other quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• 3+ years of experience in a quality management role
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
