What You'll Do

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for management and oversight of the Health System's processes for accreditation readiness and overall data processes in the quality department. You will act as the key point person for accreditation and regulatory compliance, including data tracking and reporting programs such as Leapfrog, Vizient Clinical Data Base, Joint Commission Core Measures and other regulatory and accreditation reporting programs. You will collaborate with quality department staff who provide accreditation, data collection and reporting services, assuring integrity in reports. Background

• Minimum seven (7) years' experience in working with hospital quality department, a role in quality in a healthcare related industry with demonstrated understanding of data systems and processes, accreditation, internal and external quality reporting. Minimum 5 years' experience in supervision.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field, or Graduate of a Bachelor's School of Nursing.
