Average works hours are from 6:00A-4:00P, with OT as needed. Compensation is determined by skill & experience.

RGS Products, Inc. is an architectural railing and metals manufacturing company providing customers with custom design balcony and stairway railings. We are in immediate need of a Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team.
Responsibilities (included But Not Limited To)

• Inspect outgoing products are properly documented, protected and complete for each shipment.
• In process daily monitoring of line equipment to ensure parameters are within limits.
• Perform tests on powder coating to ensure color, thickness and adhesions meet standards.
• Inspect products dimensionally matches drawings and product ID tags.
• Ensure product welds are complete and secure.

Employment Requirements

• Must be able to read blueprints and drawings.
• Able to measure accurately.
• Prior experience as an inspector.
• Check every section of railing coming off the paint line for the following.

• Parts are packaged correctly.
• Fill out inspection reports for each section of railing
• Section is built to the drawings (Must be able to read drawings)
• Section marking and tag matches the drawings.
• Welds are complete and holding.
• Trucks are loaded correct, and everything is on the truck.

Education

• High school or equivalent (required)

Experience

• Manufacturing: 1 year (required)
