Quality Final Inspection Supervisor

The Quality Team Supervisor leads a team of Quality Inspectors and/or Technicians in quality testing and inspection activities. Ensures that products meet the quality standards of materials and workmanship as set forth by quality assurance, development, or engineering function.

Job Core Responsibilities

• Supervises the day to day activities of the quality inspection team on the inspection of materials, processes, parts, assemblies, finished parts and machined parts to assure quality products
• Creates and reviews AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR)
• Creates FAA 8130 tags
• Participates in staff selection, performance, development and training processes to ensure team competencies and capabilities to reach the business goals and expectations
• Routinely inspects products as needed for all product lines
• Provides quality expertise and training for all inspection positions in order to maintain a smooth flowing operation
• Review data and information and make accept/reject decisions about Products, Processes, and Validations
• May possess customer source delegation and perform source inspection per customer requirements and expectations, including government source

Job Specifications

Education Level (Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience: 2 years of experience

Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay Range: $68,900- $114,900
