Job Details


Responsibilities


Quality System Development Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to develop and implement robust quality systems and processes, in compliance with relevant regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 2016.


Management Skills You will need to have some level of management experience to oversee the quality control team to ensure they are meeting their daily requirements.


Process Improvement Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and improve overall product quality and efficiency.


Validation and Verification Execute validation plans, protocols, and reports for equipment, processes, and software used in manufacturing. Verify that product designs and specifications are compliant with established standards.


Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) Lead investigations into non-conformities, customer complaints, and other quality issues. Implement effective CAPAs to address root causes and prevent recurrence, ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-up.
