- Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure products meet customer requirements and specifications.
- Work with suppliers to ensure materials and components meet quality standards.
- Provide training and support to production personnel on quality control processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO standards.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and potential issues in production processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes and procedures.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong knowledge of 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, MRP/ERP, Aerospace Inspection, AS9100, ISO, Statistical Analysis, and engineering drawings.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
