Job Details

Our engineering industry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. This is a position with excellent growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Aerospace Inspection, AS9100, ISO, Statistical Analysis, and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure products meet customer requirements and specifications.
• Work with suppliers to ensure materials and components meet quality standards.
• Provide training and support to production personnel on quality control processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO standards.
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and potential issues in production processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes and procedures.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong knowledge of 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, MRP/ERP, Aerospace Inspection, AS9100, ISO, Statistical Analysis, and engineering drawings.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
